This Christmas we'd like to celebrate the inspirational leaders, volunteers and givers who achieve so much in the different communities they serve. From small grass-roots charities delivering vital projects locally, to world-leading institutions working with international partners and major funders, their message is clear - philanthropy has the power to change lives for the better.
