Building a sustainable future
Over recent years, we have become increasingly involved with projects designed to mitigate the effects of global warming and minimise the impact of climate change on human and animal populations.
"Refuge4Pets is a well-established charity, and we have always done well in raising annual revenue costs, even in trying times. However, when faced with a fundraising challenge bigger than we have ever attempted before, it is so reassuring to have Amy’s professional guidance to ensure we can make the most of funding opportunities and reach our goals. What we are learning through this partnership we hope will also help us to build a more sustainable financial future for the charity."
Our approach
From providing strategic support to The IUCN Red List of Threatened Species to launching innovative fundraising programmes for the Kennel Club Charitable Trust, our role is to help mobile decision-makers and bring important projects on stream. If anything, the work we're doing in this area tells us just how important philanthropy can be in catalysing the speed of change that's required.
As a consultancy, our team is committed to supporting charities that put the welfare of animals, people and the planet first. For some of us, this has led to trustee roles with international animal charities, and for others it has encouraged volunteering or giving to environmental causes that strike a personal chord. "As an independent RSPCA branch, we have a fantastic team who achieve remarkable targets each year through local events and engaging the community in fundraising. However, faced with the challenge of a major capital campaign, we realised we needed to seek some external support from specialists in this area. Our partnership with Gifted has been a real eye-opener - we are now confident in proceeding with our capital ambitions and plan to grow the charity even more for the future. What’s more, we’re having fun doing it!"
