Rewriting the story of cancer at Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust

New Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital Designed For Change

The new Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital has been designed to radically change the course of thousands of cancer stories.

The new Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital has been designed to radically change the course of thousands of cancer stories, promoting early detection of the disease, delivering highly tailored treatments and generating happier outcomes for everyone.

Set right at the heart of the Addenbrooke’s campus, the new hospital will bring together world-class scientists and clinical expertise, creating an unparalleled environment for cancer prevention, early diagnosis and patient care. The new facility will also support personalised medicine in real time, thanks to the power of AI and machine learning. Offering an integrated approach to care, the hospital’s Research Centre will work directly with Clinical Care Services, fundamentally changing the way cancer is diagnosed and treated.

Gifted was engaged by Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust to undertake a fundraising Feasibility Study for the new hospital, testing the potential of a multi-million pound campaign and devising a clear fundraising plan. ‘This is a phenomenal endeavour,’ says Gifted’s Chief Executive, Amy Stevens. ‘The opportunity to support a project that will transform the way cancer is treated, combining the latest technology with bespoke personal care plans, is something we thoroughly enjoyed.’

If your hospital or healthcare charity is looking to undertake a new project or fundraising programme, why not get in touch and ask for an initial, no-obligations discussion with one of our Directors.
